Description
NICE Actimize is hiring a technical, hands-on Lead Program Manager to lead project teams deploying business solutions in the financial services sector. The role covers the full project lifecycle, including requirements, business analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, client relationship building, mentoring, and project reporting. Candidates need at least 10 years of hands-on technology experience, 7 years of project management consulting experience for a software vendor, major project management experience, financial securities industry experience, and a BA degree; NICE Actimize experience is a plus. The position follows a hybrid NICE-FLEX model with two office days and three remote days per week.
