Acron Aviation is seeking an elite Lead Program Manager to lead the full lifecycle development of next-generation surveillance systems in its Avionics Division. The role owns program strategy, cost, schedule, technical performance, certification, customer and supplier engagement, risk management, and program governance across multiple concurrent avionics development efforts. It is a senior individual-contributor and cross-functional leadership position requiring at least 10 years of progressive program management, product-line, or business leadership experience in aerospace, avionics, or a similarly regulated industry, along with strong financial, executive communication, and program management capabilities.
