Description
The Lead Program Manager coordinates complex, interdependent programs and initiatives in a tightly regulated industry, managing requirements, dependencies, milestones, metrics, risks, funding, and integrated roadmaps. The role does not manage people but leads and mentors a team of Program Managers, supports cross-functional collaboration, and manages relationships with sponsors, senior management, clients, IT, and other stakeholders. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, seven years of program or project management and Scrum Master experience, knowledge of agile methodologies, and strong analytical and communication skills; PMP and CSM are preferred.
