Best Buddies International is hiring a Lead, Program Manager to recruit, engage, train, and support volunteer committees and chapters; develop leadership and community trainings; manage state events, citizen matches, corporate chapters, and regional partnerships; and support adolescents and young adults transitioning to the workforce. The role requires volunteer and committee management experience, communication and project-management skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media, and frequent travel. The salary range is $44,000-$48,000, and the position reports to the Director, Programs.
