Best Buddies International is hiring a Lead, Program Manager in Tulsa, Oklahoma, reporting to the Deputy Director, Programs. The role leads volunteer recruitment, engagement, training, and committee management; supports chapter onboarding and state events; develops partnerships and fundraising opportunities; and oversees program data and compliance. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or 3–4 years of relevant volunteer and committee management experience, volunteer-management experience, communication and project-management skills, and the ability to travel frequently and work evenings and weekends. The salary range is $45,000–$48,000, with benefits including financial security, health and wellness, and time off.
