L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Program Manager in Greenville, Texas, to lead large, complex, high-visibility aerospace and defense programs. The role provides end-to-end project leadership, including planning, execution, financial oversight, risk management, stakeholder communication, subcontractor coordination, customer program reviews, aircraft requirements and modification planning, contract negotiations, and delivery against cost, schedule, and performance objectives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant project or program management experience, or a graduate degree with seven years of related experience, along with an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret.
