L3Harris WESCAM Division is hiring a Lead, Program Manager in Waterdown, Ontario, to lead complex defense and aerospace programs from inception through completion. The role owns program cost, schedule, technical performance, customer relationships, budgets, proposals, contracts, milestones, risk management, quality, revenue, and cash, while mentoring project managers and coordinating cross-functional teams. The position requires strong project management, electromechanical or aerospace systems knowledge, leadership, and at least nine years of increasing-responsibility experience; a bachelor’s degree and PMP certification are desired. The stated pay range is $125,000 to $175,000, with approximately 25% travel.
