Description
STR is hiring a Lead Program Manager for its Cyber Division in Woburn, Massachusetts. The role manages a portfolio of cyber research and development programs across marketing, proposal development, contract initiation, execution, close-out, and transition; coordinates with customers, contractors, finance, security, and IT teams; and oversees technical, financial, schedule, risk, quality, and performance metrics. The position requires an Active Top Secret security clearance, U.S. citizenship for U.S. Government work, and 5–7+ years of relevant experience depending on degree, along with experience in DoD or intelligence community project management and leading advanced R&D technical teams. The full-time salary range is $146,000–$205,000.
