Description
Wabtec is hiring participants for its LEAD Operations rotational development program, a two-year program consisting of four six-month rotations across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and EHS functions. Participants will receive leadership and technical training, contribute to program operations, and receive exposure to senior leadership. The program is intended to prepare participants for off-program placement in a Wabtec role. Applicants must have a relevant four-year degree, graduate by December 2026/January 2027 or May/June 2027, be willing to travel or relocate within the United States, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. The program offers a base salary of $72,000 and includes relocation support, health, welfare, retirement, and potentially an annual bonus.
