L3Harris is hiring a Lead Program Scheduler to serve as a lead planning and scheduling subject matter expert for Tier One programs. The role develops and analyzes Integrated Master Plans and Schedules, performs schedule and Earned Value Management analysis, supports replanning and schedule recovery, integrates schedules across functional and program teams, coordinates subcontractor and supplier schedules, and provides technical guidance and training. The position is available in Fort Wayne, Indiana; Rochester, New York; Palm Bay, Florida; or remotely, with a 9/80 schedule. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of planning and scheduling experience, or equivalent graduate-degree and experience combinations, or 13 years of related experience without a degree.
