L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Program Scheduler in Palm Bay, Florida, to lead program scheduling for the SMS Segment, Intel & Cyber Sector. The role coordinates surge support, tool implementations, replans, baseline reviews, resource loading, earned-value analysis, schedule risk analysis, and enterprise-wide planning; it also leads planning and scheduling employees and supports program management, customers, vendors, and senior leadership. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of related experience, or a graduate degree with seven years, or thirteen years without a degree, and the ability to obtain a US Government clearance.
