L3Harris is hiring a Lead Program Scheduler to serve as a lead planning and scheduling subject matter expert for Tier One programs. The role develops and analyzes Integrated Master Plans and Schedules, performs schedule and Earned Value Management analysis, supports baseline reviews and schedule recovery, integrates schedules across engineering, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams, coordinates subcontractor and supplier schedules, and provides technical guidance and training. The position is available in Fort Wayne, Indiana; Rochester, New York; Palm Bay, Florida; or remotely, with a 9/80 schedule and an application window closing December 22, 2026.
