Alight is hiring a Lead Programmer Analyst to own end-to-end technology delivery for one or more aligned benefits services or product lines, including system analysis, configuration, quality assurance, testing, deployment, production stabilization, and technical documentation. The role provides technical leadership, mentors analysts and senior analysts, coordinates workload and delivery commitments, and may include people management. Required qualifications include a B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE or MCA, benefits-system expertise, US health and welfare administration knowledge, payroll and CLP understanding, software development and implementation experience, and strong project management skills; prior Alight, Aon, or Wipro experience and health or retirement domain experience are preferred.
