Description

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University's Department of Information Services is hiring a full-time Lead Programmer Analyst / Lead Oracle Developer to lead Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and HCM integrations with on-premise and third-party systems. The role focuses on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration design and development, APIs and web services, testing, monitoring, reporting with OTBI and BI Publisher, Oracle ERP data modeling and SQL, application operations, stakeholder requirements, and system maintenance.

Required Previous Experiences: Lead-level experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and HCM applications
Professional experience designing and developing OIC integrations using file-based, REST, and SOAP adapters
Experience developing web services and APIs for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
Experience building Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher reports, including RTF templates
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP schemas, SQL, data modeling, and data engineering
Preferred Qualifications: Experience integrating Oracle SaaS with on-premises and third-party systems
Integration operations, monitoring, auditing, and error handling expertise
Technical design and solution evaluation
Oracle application operations and end-user support
