Description
The Conrad Company is hiring a Lead Programmer for its Capitol Tool facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The role primarily writes CNC mill programs using Mastercam, supports setup and production runs, identifies tooling and fixturing, completes job paperwork, and operates CNC equipment safely. The position requires at least eight years of CNC programming experience, proficiency with Mastercam and Haas and Okuma equipment, ISO shop experience, and the ability to read prints or solid models. Compensation is $34–$38.50 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, and PTO.
