Description
2K is hiring a Lead Programmer to lead and mentor game developer teams, implement sophisticated game features, analyze and optimize performance, coordinate with producers and partner studios, and improve development pipelines. The role requires at least six years of advanced C/C++ game development experience, substantial major game-engine experience, AAA lead experience, console development experience, and strong debugging and communication skills. Unreal Engine 5, large codebase management, advanced source control, and specialization in AI, animation, UI, or related areas are desired.
