Description
Drees & Sommer is seeking an experienced senior construction manager to lead the execution and commissioning of a highly complex semiconductor manufacturing facility. The role owns schedule, cost, quality, HSE, legal compliance, multidisciplinary team and subcontractor coordination, resource planning, stakeholder reporting, and site-process improvement. It requires a relevant engineering or architecture degree, extensive senior EPCM construction-management experience, knowledge of international contract standards and risk management, fluent English, and full on-site presence in an EU country west of Germany. The contractual home base is flexible across Drees & Sommer offices in Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands, with part-time and partly remote work options.
