Description
Worley is seeking a Lead Planning & Cost Control Engineer to perform project control functions for an oil and gas or petrochemical project, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, cost control, earned value management, risk management, baseline schedule governance, progress certification, invoice payment, reporting, and contract compliance. The role advises the Project Control Manager, coordinates with project management and discipline managers, and manages project controls procedures and tools. It requires a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of oil and gas or petrochemical project experience, including 5 years in a similar position managing specialists and engineers, and ADNOC and offshore project experience.
