BAE Systems is hiring an internal Lead Project Controller – Data Analytics in Glasgow, Scotstoun, supporting programme delivery through project controls expertise, advanced analytics, reporting, governance, and performance insight. The role leads complex reporting solutions, serves as a subject matter expert, analyzes multi-source project controls data, establishes reporting and data governance standards, drives automation and analytics innovation, and coaches self-service users. It requires substantial data analytics experience in a project controls environment, significant experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx, and understanding of project controls processes and Primavera P6. The role is hybrid with at least one onsite day per week and closes on 10 September 2026.
