The Lead Project Controls Manager leads a Project Controls team supporting solar, energy storage, wind, transmission, and distribution projects. The role manages cost tracking, forecasting, earned value and cash-flow analysis, change orders, contract administration, risk analysis, audits, reporting, and project controls documentation, while collaborating with construction project management and client teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or eight years of related experience, seven or more years of Project Controls or Commercial Manager experience in construction, domestic travel of 31–50%, and a valid driver’s license. The position is hybrid, requires three days in the office, and offers a base salary of $138,000–$172,000 plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
