Conduit Power is hiring a Lead Project Developer in Houston, Texas, to lead early-stage development of distributed power generation projects from site identification through Final Investment Decision. The role manages project schedules, risks, budgets, documentation, and cross-functional workstreams across land control, permitting, environmental studies, interconnection, engineering, commercial, and stakeholder activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of experience in power project development, energy or infrastructure projects, or large-scale project management, and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary projects.
