Description
The Civil Industrial Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates civil-industrial construction projects such as wastewater pump stations, water reclamation facilities, and large-scale utility projects. The role oversees construction-site progress, schedules, submittals, reports, cost and income quantities, progress billings, change orders, subcontractor compliance, utility notifications, and project safety. It requires a civil engineering or construction management degree and 5–10 years of related experience, along with proficiency in CPM scheduling, spreadsheets, project management software, and Microsoft Office.
