L3Harris is hiring a Lead Project Engineer in Waco, Texas to lead bid and execution of complex system integration efforts on airborne platforms. The role provides engineering leadership to cross-functional teams, manages program plans, technical baselines, schedules, budgets, risks, and engineering performance, and serves as the primary technical interface with customers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and seven years, or thirteen years of related experience without a degree, along with an active DoD Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship. The schedule is 9/80, and sign-on bonuses range from $15,000 to $25,000.
