The role leads technical execution across design, deployment, and post-delivery support; manages cost, schedule, technical requirements, risk, resources, and status reporting; and leads cross-functional project teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and six years, or twelve years without a degree, along with expertise in earned value management, integrated master schedules, multi-discipline programs, large-budget projects, technical supplier and risk management, and government contract development programs.
