The role supports multiple program phases, manages technical, cost, and schedule performance using Earned Value Management, coordinates with engineering, quality, supply chain, and customer teams, develops production processes and project plans, and supports customer briefings. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant engineering experience, or a graduate degree with seven years, or thirteen years without a degree, and may require a US Secret security clearance. The schedule is 9/80, with up to 30% business travel and extended hours as needed. The California salary range is $127,500 to $236,500, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
