L3Harris is hiring a Lead Project Engineer in Waco, Texas to lead bid and execution of complex system-integration programs for airborne platforms. The role provides engineering leadership, manages program plans, technical baselines, schedules, budgets, risks, integrity programs, design reviews, customer interactions, and bid/proposal development, while serving as the primary technical interface to customers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with at least seven years, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree, plus an active DoD Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship.
