Description
L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Project Engineer in Greenville, Texas, on a 9/80 schedule. The role leads technical planning, execution, coordination, risk management, program plans, technical baselines, earned-value reporting, and program performance across software, infrastructure, networking, operations, and manufacturing. The engineer serves as a primary technical interface to customers and senior leadership, coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, and may be assigned to programs of record or program proposal and pursuit activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with at least seven years of related experience, an active DoD Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and up to 25% travel.
