L3Harris is hiring a Lead Project Engineer in Greenville, Texas, with a 9/80 schedule. The role provides technical authority to Engineering Functional Task Leaders, oversees program technical performance across engineering and manufacturing activities, manages program plans, lifecycle processes, risks, customer and senior leadership interactions, and program coordination. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and seven years of related experience, or twelve years of experience without a degree. The position requires an active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret (SCI) clearance, along with experience in program planning, engineering execution, aircraft integration, testing, and delivery, and at least one listed engineering discipline.
