Description
The Lead Project Engineer will lead full product development cycles for forklift and telehandler products, manage engineering projects from concept through completion, support new and current product development, and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team. The role covers product design, testing, BOM and ERP integration, root-cause analysis, quality initiatives, vendor and customer interface, and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a professional engineering license, 7–10 years of progressive engineering experience, and advanced 3D solid-modeling and heavy-equipment systems expertise. The salary is up to $150,000, with medical, dental, life insurance, and RRSP benefits.
