Description
The Lead Project Engineer (Power Systems) will serve as a technical expert in the Engineering and Consulting team, performing advanced power system studies, substation design, EPC bid support, modeling, simulation, troubleshooting, and technical reporting. The role also supports project scoping, estimating, planning, quality review, risk communication, and the mentorship and development of junior and mid-level engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, 6–14 years of relevant experience, a required Professional Engineer license, power system modeling and simulation expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.
