Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is hiring a Lead Project Engineer for a Dam Safety Modification project at Rough River Dam. The role supports project management and operations on heavy civil construction projects, handling daily reports, submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay requests, purchase orders, schedules, and jobsite document control while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, relevant heavy civil project experience, familiarity with Primavera P6/CPM scheduling, CAD, and Microsoft Office, plus 5-10 years of USACE project experience.
