Description
The role leads or reviews full test programs and coordinates laboratory activities, test standards, procedures, equipment, reporting, deadlines, and customer communications. It serves as a subject-matter expert for standards, industries, and test capabilities, supports sales and customer negotiations, trains laboratory staff, resolves technical issues, manages assigned staff, and develops special test methods or equipment. The position requires a university degree in engineering, engineering technology, industrial technology, manufacturing technology, or physics, plus generally eight years of directly related work experience or equivalent education or experience.
