L3Harris is hiring a Deputy Chief Engineer/Engineering Project Owner in Rochester, New York, to share technical and managerial leadership with the Chief Engineer for radio products. The role owns product development, project plans, budgets, schedules, quality, costs, yield, obsolescence, and business opportunities, while developing toward overall product or system responsibility. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant engineering development and project leadership experience, or equivalent experience and education, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The schedule is 9/80, with every other Friday off, and the salary range is $110,500 to $205,500.
