L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Project Engineer in Fort Wayne, Indiana to lead project teams and manage the full lifecycle of software and hardware development, assembly, integration, and test efforts. The role oversees cost, schedule, technical execution, budgets, risks, resource needs, customer requirements, and DCMA-surveilled Earned Value programs, while coordinating with resource managers and customers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and seven years, or thirteen years without a degree, along with IPTL/CAM professional experience and satellite payload and space vehicle development experience. A security clearance is required, and an active TS/SCI is preferred.
