Ross Stores is hiring a Lead, Project (Execution) to support new store openings for Ross and dd’s. The role coordinates fixture, equipment, and signage installations across multiple stores each quarter, manages project timelines, budgets, bids, and cross-functional communication, and ensures issues are resolved quickly to keep openings on schedule and within budget. The position is based in Dublin, California with a regular full-time schedule and a hybrid work arrangement requiring regular in-office presence.
