Copeland is hiring a Lead Project/Hardware Engineer – Power Electronics for its Global Power Electronics team to lead the design, development, qualification, commercialization, and lifecycle support of variable speed drive products for HVAC commercial and industrial applications. The role combines power electronics hardware engineering, system integration, testing/validation, supplier and customer collaboration, compliance with industry standards, and technical leadership across global cross-functional teams, with a focus on 11kW to 500kW drives and related motor-drive/compressor applications.
