Celonis is hiring a Lead Project Manager to support end-to-end implementations of its enterprise AI and process mining platform for strategic customers. The role leads complex transformational programs, manages timelines, resources, scope, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations, coordinates with customers and partners, and mentors implementation teams. It requires client-facing project management experience, consulting and people-management experience, partner ecosystem experience, strong communication and analytical skills, willingness to obtain Celonis product certification, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field. Fluency in German is required, and the position offers a flexible hybrid work model.
