Delivery Hero is hiring a Lead Project Manager for its Fintech team to lead and coordinate complex technical projects involving payments, wallets, credit, and other financial systems. The role collaborates with engineering, product, compliance, operations, and other stakeholders; manages scope, timelines, resources, risks, and project performance; and uses data and KPIs to drive decisions. Candidates need at least five years of project management experience in e-commerce, FinTech, or a similar industry, along with technical aptitude, risk-management, stakeholder-management, and communication skills. The position follows a hybrid model with two days per week at the Berlin campus and includes holiday, educational, health, insurance, pension, and other employee benefits.
