The Lead Project Manager - Large Power Generation is responsible for overseeing the entire execution of large, complex power generation projects, including those exceeding 300 MW and $300 million in value. This role involves comprehensive customer solution delivery, encompassing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and contract execution. The manager acts as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring safe, compliant, timely, and budget-conscious project completion. Additionally, this role focuses on managing strategically significant projects within the Waukesha portfolio, directly impacting customer satisfaction, financial performance, market reputation, and long-term growth.
