Description
The Lead Project Manager will lead multiple complex projects and programs, manage process-improvement initiatives, develop and maintain project-management tooling and documentation, conduct business analysis and stakeholder consultations, monitor risks and compliance, and coach project-management team members. The role requires at least eight years of combined higher education and related work experience, including two years of project-management experience, along with experience with process-mapping tools and project-management platforms such as SharePoint, Digital.aiAgility, and Confluence. The position is based in an approved virtual work location, requires U.S. citizenship, and offers a US hiring range of $91,400 to $187,000 per annum plus potential bonus and equity.
