ShareWord Global is hiring a full-time Lead Project Manager to replace an existing role and report to the VP of Operations. The position manages project resources, budgets, timelines, stakeholders, documentation, risks, and reporting; leads an organization-wide Way of Working initiative focused on process improvement, workflow automation, SOPs, and AI-enabled tools; and supports strategic plan and program management. The role is hybrid and requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of project management experience, strong organizational and coordination skills, and experience with non-profit or church environments.
