Description
The Lead Project Manager will manage and implement large-scale IT and engineering projects, covering requirements analysis, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource and vendor management, change control, integration, testing, data conversion, financial forecasting, and post-implementation evaluation. The role also includes client and vendor communication, business development, team leadership, and performance management. Candidates need more than 10 years of IT or engineering project management experience, experience delivering client projects in provider or vendor environments, a degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent, and strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
