Description
OpenLoop is hiring a remote Lead Project Manager, Workplace Operations to own workplace design and construction from programming through occupancy. The role manages a portfolio of industrial and mixed-use build-outs across Madison, Dallas, and satellite sites, coordinating design, construction, vendors, budgets, permits, compliance, procurement, and operational readiness. It requires approximately 40 hours per week and 25–50% travel, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years managing design and construction projects.
