Description
The Lead Project Officer (Infrastructure) will support the Philippine Country Office and sector groups in identifying, processing, implementing, and monitoring infrastructure loans and technical assistance projects. The role co-leads flagship project processing, manages internal procedures and government approvals, leads due diligence of implementing agencies, supports procurement and capacity development, and coordinates with Philippine government agencies, multilateral and bilateral partners, and other stakeholders. The position is based in Manila, reports to the Country Director or designated international staff, and requires a master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, at least 12 years of relevant professional experience, and at least 7 years of supervisory experience.
