Description
Ross Stores is hiring a Lead, Project (Operations) to support new store openings for Ross and dd’s by coordinating fixture, equipment, and signage installations each quarter. The role manages project timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, installer coordination, issue resolution, and closeout documentation while working cross-functionally with Construction, IT, Finance, Fixture Purchasing, Store Planning, logistics vendors, and store/field leadership. The position requires a BA/BS degree, 3–5 years of experience, strong project management and communication skills, proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet, and is a regular full-time hybrid role based in Dublin, California.
