Description
BAE Systems is hiring a Lead Project Professional in Filton, Broad Oak, Portsmouth, on a hybrid basis requiring three days on site and two working days from home, with possible travel to other BAE Southern sites. The role supports the Royal Navy's Hybrid Navy vision by coordinating complex defence programmes involving maritime autonomy, digital command and control, systems integration, and emerging naval technologies. Responsibilities include leading project work packages, managing plans, schedules, forecasts, risks, governance, cost, quality and performance, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The position requires experience delivering projects in defence, engineering, technology, or other complex regulated environments, along with strong project management, stakeholder coordination, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
