Yokogawa is seeking a Proposal Engineer to analyze customer RFQs, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents and prepare technical and commercial proposals for automation, control systems, monitoring systems, and E&I projects. The role covers cost estimation, pricing strategies, solution development, bill of materials, technical compliance, subcontractor evaluation, bid comparisons, commercial negotiations, and coordination with sales, engineering, procurement, and project execution teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in instrumentation, electrical, electronics, or a related engineering field, 10–15 years of relevant experience, and strong E&I estimation and proposal-engineering expertise.
