L3Harris WESCAM is hiring a Lead, Proposal Management professional in Waterdown, Ontario, to lead complex domestic and international bids and proposals for MX-series electro-optical and infrared sensor systems, services, and system solutions. The role manages proposal strategy, kickoff meetings, cost and pricing models, compliance and narrative responses, approvals, customer meetings, contract negotiations, post-proposal support, and transition to program execution. It requires advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, strong proposal management and communication skills, and experience in complex aerospace or defense product sales or sales support; a bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with at least seven years, or thirteen years of related experience in lieu of a degree is specified. The pay range is $115,000 to $140,000 in Ontario, Canada.
