SupplyCore is hiring a Lead Proposal Specialist to independently manage federal government RFx responses from planning through submission. The role focuses on interpreting RFPs, building compliance matrices, drafting and editing proposal volumes, managing RFIs and Sources Sought responses, coordinating Shipley color-team reviews, monitoring federal opportunity portals, maintaining proposal content and document-control systems, and mentoring team members. Candidates need at least five years of proposal experience, preferably in federal or Department of Defense contracting, strong writing and editing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Cloud, Shipley, and APMP experience are preferred. The position is hybrid/in-person, pays $70,000–$100,000 annually, and includes medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits.
