ConvenientMD is hiring a Lead Provider, Physician Associate/Assistant, to serve as a founding advanced practice provider in its new Waterville, Maine urgent care center. The role provides patient-centered urgent care, performs assessments and therapeutic procedures, interprets diagnostic tests, maintains medical records, and collaborates with clinic staff. It also leads clinical operations when the Practice Manager is absent, mentors new-graduate providers and allied healthcare professionals, and supports clinic culture and patient experience. The position requires a master's degree, PA certification, an unrestricted DEA license, and BLS certification; emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care experience is preferred.
